It’s hard to believe I am old enough to actually remember most of those moments but I am also a huge Chic Geek and really want a FLO TV to help me keep up with all the cool shows that I may miss when I’m away from home (and I want to be the envy of all my friends) LOL!

I still remember this one time you put a huge chicken breast in smoking olive oil lol…it was at the bradford apt on one of our SYTYCD days lol.Note about the rice, a rice cooker does well but isn’t necessary. Buying a mesh strainer (5 bucks at target), short/med. grain rice, and rubbing the rice helps and well save on prep time! Still, this is epic from the hotpocket days!I’m proud of you!! hehe B

I think they are just being cooked too long. I rarely cook chicken breasts in the oven and when I do, they are on the bone. Usually 30 minutes at 350 is plenty. I've only experienced what you describe when they are overcooked.
When I lived in TN, I was 19 years old and my friends were 18 & 19. The Bell Witch was not far from where we lived and periodically we'd drive down to the area where she was. I never got down out of the car, as I'm a huge chicken, but people say weird stuff still goes on up there.I'm looking forward to it. I've got World War Z, about zombies, coming tomorrow. Since I'm spending so much time at the pool with the kids, I have plenty of free time to read. Makes me not think of the sweat rolling down my back so much LOL.
