I really need help on this because i was invited to a cocktail party and the dress code is Urban Chic. I have an idea of what it looks like but what is it really? Like Gossip Girl-ish clothes??? Something like that? Oh and i'm a boy sooo is it like skinnies and vests and collared shirts and scarves?
